REWARD POINTS - HOW ACCUMULATE AND USE
Every minimum $40 or more purchase, you will receive 5% in coupon points. eg. $100 purchase earns 100 points
100 reward points equal $5
To convert your points in to coupons on Reward Points Feature login with your username and password and go to shop menu section, create your coupon and press the small cart icon inside of each coupon to use in your order.
Reward points don't accumulate on freight charge.

11.- What if I don't receive the activation e-mail to confirm my Fireworksfoods account?
If you do not receive the activation e-mail when you created a new user or setup your Fireworksfoods account there are a few places it could have ended up.
1) The message may have been marked as SPAM by your Internet service provider. Check your SPAM / JUNK folder to see if this is the case.
2) Some mail programs (Outlook, Windows Mail) have integrated junk mail filtering. Check your junk mail folder in these programs and also verify the activation message hasn't been filtered.
12.- I try to register but could not continue and the following error message appear: “The solution of task you submitted was incorrect. Please read the instruction and try again.”
The problem is likely to be the internet browser problem. (The captcha puzzle does not work on all web browser versions, hence the above error message appears.)
Try with different browser (eg. Firefox). If this doesn’t solve the problem then try updating the browser to the latest version.
Clear your IE cache and cookies -- open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then click the Delete Files button, and when that's complete click the Delete Cookies button.
