  3 .-What is the freight cost?

We use designated curriers with tracking capabilities to send our orders. The price charged, is for products up to 5 Kg or weight including packaging. The dry chillies although light are still bulky and hence the charge for currier deliver. However in your circumstances we can try to squeeze inside a satchel bag, the cost is $14 aud. With AUS Post we cannot warrant the parcels will be delivered on time, or without damage. We can send your parcel in a satchel bag or we can cancel your products.

 

4.- Do I have to register to purchase online?

No, you can purchase like casual user without having to register, please follow the steps listed below.

  • Select your products items
  • Click CHECKOUT button
  • Choose radio button New customer?
  • Uncheck the Register an account? Box
  • Put your information and follow the instructions.

5.- What is the shelf life of your tortillas and no fried corn chips?

 

 

21 days from production date, but must be kept refrigerated.

Three months when frozen.

 


6.- What if I don't receive the activation e-mail to confirm my Fireworksfoods account?

If you do not receive the activation e-mail when you created a new user or setup your Fireworksfoods account there are a few places it could have ended up.

1) The message may have been marked as SPAM by your Internet service provider. Check your SPAM folder to see if this is the case.

2) Some mail programs (Outlook, Windows Mail) have integrated junk mail filtering. Check your junk mail folders in these programs and verify the activation message wasn't filtered.

 

 7.- I try to register but could not continue and the following error message appear: The solution of task you submitted was incorrect. Please read the instruction and try again.”

The problem is likely to be the problem of end out of date browser. (The captcha puzzle doest not appear in all web browser version and hence the above error message.

Try with different browser, (eg. Firefox) if this doesn’t solve the problem then try updating the browser to the latest version.

 or

Clear your IE cache and cookies -- open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then  Internet Options, then click the Delete Files button, and when that's complete click the  Delete Cookies button.

8.- Payment Options?

We acept Credit, debit, visa and master cards, all payments are processed when you order is dispatch, we also have cash and eftpos facilities in our shop front at 217 North Rocks Rd North Rocks, 2151 NSW.

 

9. International Shipping.

Yes we can ship internationally to selected countries. Please enquire about the freight charge (the freight calculated on this website is "estimated" only).
