Freight Policy

Orders

a) An order is deemed to be received when the goods are selected and placed in your shopping cart and the order is successfully transmitted online.

Delivery of Goods
a) Depending on stock availability, orders will be dispatch up to 5 business days of the order being received & payment processed.
b) Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address You have nominated.
c) Fireworksfoods will use different couriers to deliver your order dependant on the location & weight of your consignment. We can not be held responsible for any courier delays in the delivery of your consignment..

Stock availability
a)    Whilst we will endeavor to delivery your complete order, there may be times when stock is unavailable due to products ordered being out of stock or a deleted line.
b) Unavailability of goods will only be informed when your products are delivered.  We will endeavor to contact you if the majority of your items ordered are unavailable.
c) If any products you have ordered are unavailable you will not be charged for the products.

Returns or Refunds

a) If any goods that you have ordered are damaged or missing, you must Fireworksfoods within 24 hours of receiving them and register your complaint.  Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorized by us.
b) Fireworksfoods reserve the right  to either re-supply the same products or to issues a credit, for authorized refunds.
